I am Kristien, the owner-manager, with a heart for people and a passion for processes. Educated as Master in Engineering and Master in Business Administration, I have an international career in industry, education and consultancy.

Over the years, I have built up an extensive experience in Strategy deployment, EHSQ, Operational Excellence and supply chain and this across different sectors.

Bees, small as they may be, are remarkable and extremely useful creatures known for their diligence, efficiency and ingenuity in finding sustainable solutions. Operational excellence is part of their DNA. The hive adapts agilely to changing external and internal conditions, constantly making quick and appropriate decisions in a sophisticated and collaborative process. The bee dance is a good example of the visual communication a bee uses to tell its colleagues which direction to fly in order to reach a food source. And isn't the bees' "lean" mentality evident in the hexagonal shape of the honeycombs to use space without waste? The bees are the inspiration and emblem of our company.
